Do you deliver anywhere in Morocco?+
Yes. We deliver to every city in Morocco, within 24 to 72 hours depending on your region.
How much is delivery?+
Delivery is 30 DH, and free from 400 MAD of purchase.
Can I track my order?+
As soon as it ships, you get a message with your parcel tracking and the courier’s contact.
What if I change my mind?+
Contact us within 14 days of receipt. Any unopened product is taken back or exchanged.
Cash on delivery
How can I pay?+
Cash on delivery is available anywhere in Morocco: you pay the courier when your order arrives.
Is online payment possible?+
Card payment is coming soon. For now we favour cash on delivery — simpler, and with no commitment.
Are there hidden fees?+
None. The price shown is the final price. Only the 30 DH delivery is added, free above the threshold.
