Returns and refunds

Your right of withdrawal

You have 7 days from receiving your order to withdraw, without giving a reason and without penalty (article 36 of Law no. 31-08).

That period becomes 30 days if we have not sent you written confirmation of the legal information about your order.

Only the cost of returning the item is payable by you. The delivery charge you originally paid is refunded.

What can be returned

• An unopened product, with packaging and seal intact, in its original condition.
• A product delivered in error, in the wrong quantity, or different from the one ordered.
• A product that arrives damaged, expired or defective.

What cannot

An opened or unsealed food supplement cannot be taken back under the right of withdrawal. Article 38 of Law no. 31-08 excludes from that right goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned or deteriorate rapidly: a foodstuff intended to be swallowed, once unsealed, cannot be put back into circulation without a food-safety risk to the next buyer.

This exception never applies where the product is defective, expired or does not match your order. In that case we take it back in full and pay the return costs.

How to proceed

1. 1.Write to contact@nawanutrition.com or message us on WhatsApp within the deadline, quoting your order number, the products concerned and, if the product is damaged, a photograph.
2. 2.We confirm your request in writing and give you the return address.
3. 3.Send the product back in packaging that protects its contents, with a copy of the order confirmation.
4. 4.Once received and checked, we start the refund.

Keep proof of postage for your return: it protects you if the carrier loses the parcel.

Refunds

We refund you without delay and no later than 15 days after you exercise your right of withdrawal (article 37 of Law no. 31-08). Beyond that, the sums due bear interest at the statutory rate as of right.

As orders are paid in cash on delivery, refunds are made by bank transfer to the account you give us, or by any other means agreed with you. Nothing is withheld.

Exchanges

Would you rather have a different product or size? Just tell us: we will exchange rather than refund, at no extra cost provided the returned product meets the conditions above.

Parcel damaged on delivery

Check the parcel in front of the courier. If it is visibly damaged you may refuse it: the order is cancelled and you are charged nothing. If you notice the damage after the courier has left, tell us within 48 hours with a photograph.

Statutory warranty

Separately from withdrawal, you have 12 months from delivery to bring an action under the statutory warranty against hidden defects (article 65 of Law no. 31-08). That period cannot be shortened.
