Cookies and trackers
The full list of what this site puts in your browser. Nothing hidden, nothing left out.

What we mean
A cookie is a small file a site places in your browser. Browser storage (“localStorage”, “sessionStorage”) does something similar: it keeps a piece of information from one page to the next. We treat both the same way here, because what matters is the effect, not the technical name.
Strictly necessary
Without these the site does not work. They serve no advertising purpose and are shared with no one.
- nawa-cart-v1
- The contents of your cart. Local storage, kept until the cart is emptied.
- NEXT_LOCALE
- The language you chose. Cookie, one year.
- nawa_promo
- A discount code issued to you, so we do not ask twice. Local storage.
- nawa_customer
- Marks you as an existing customer, so the welcome offer stops appearing. Local storage.
Browsing comfort
These stop us showing you the same thing over and over. You can refuse them without losing access to anything.
- nawa_offer_seen
- When the welcome offer was last shown, so reminders are spaced out. Local storage, ten days.
- nawa_offer_session
- Limits the offer to one appearance per session. Session storage, cleared when the tab closes.
- nawa_offer_done
- You have already responded to the offer: it will not come back. Local storage.
- nawa_goal
- The goal you selected, so we can show a coherent selection. Local storage.
- nawa-attribution-v1
- The source you arrived from (campaign parameters). Session storage.
Analytics and advertising
As of today the site sets no advertising cookie and runs no third-party ad tracker.
If we ever switch on an analytics or advertising tool, this page will be updated and you will be offered a way to refuse it before it goes live.
Checkout
Checkout and payment are operated by Shopify on a separate domain. Shopify sets its own cookies there, which are essential to keeping the cart and securing the transaction. They are governed by Shopify's own policy, which we do not control.
How to refuse or clear them
Every browser lets you block cookies, delete them, or clear a site's local storage:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
- Safari: Settings → Safari → Block all cookies, or Advanced → Website data.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
Blocking the strictly necessary items will make the cart unusable — that is the only side effect worth knowing about.
